Harmonizing since 2014

The choir has existed since 2014, and we are currently around 40 singers of different ages and backgrounds.

We offer:

• Vocal training

• Support with reading sheet music

• Translations and assistance with Hebrew pronunciation

• And quite a lot of fun!

We are a diverse group of people who sing both classical and contemporary pieces, with both religious and secular content. We are open to singers of all backgrounds and have no religious affiliation. We are a progressive and modern choir, valuing the diversity of our members, who are both Jewish and non-Jewish, German and non-German. Our rehearsals take place every Tuesday evening in Berlin-Mitte and are conducted in English.

Knowledge of the Hebrew language and script is not a requirement, as translations and transliterations will be provided. A musical ear to quickly follow melodies, as well as choir experience, are needed. It would also be very helpful to be able to read sheet music.
